MCA Realty was looking to reduce its operating expenses in order to free up cash flow to expand their staff. They worked with Elevant on an efficiency upgrade, and replaced their exterior parking lot lighting with highly efficient LEDs.
With rebates and energy savings, in the first month after the install MCA had a net cash flow increase of $38,699. The first year total savings were greater than $80K.
Project design, implementation, and post-sign off support was handled by Elevant, along with Rebate Applications and Administration.
