MCA had limited visibility into their energy spend, the efficiency of their buildings, deferred maintenance across their portfolio, outdated system, and utility maintenance costs were increasing for unknown reasons. They turned to Elevant for help, looking for a solution with a better return rate than buying a new building. We were able to use artificial intelligence and analytics software to identify and pinpoint the internal rate of return (IRR) of various upgrades in their portfolio. The project saw rebates of over $35,000 and over $80,000 in tax incentives and saw payback within 1 year.
